Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At NOOLIKA by AAN, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

NOOLIKA by AAN reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or incorrect:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

  • Gift cards or store credit.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.


3. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • A different size (subject to availability).

  • The same product in case of manufacturing defects.

  • Another product of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, must be paid by the customer).

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your:

    • Order Number

    • Name

    • Contact Number

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Products should not be returned without prior approval from NOOLIKA by AAN.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.

If approved:

  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded via bank transfer or another agreed method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Please note that the time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.


6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item shipped by us

NOOLIKA by AAN will bear the return shipping charges.

If the return is requested for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference (where exchanges are permitted), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share photographs or videos clearly showing the issue.

  • Keep the original packaging until the matter is resolved.

Failure to report within the specified time may affect the eligibility of your claim.


8. Cancellation of Refund Requests

If a replacement or exchange has already been dispatched, the refund request may no longer be eligible. Each case will be reviewed individually.


9. Quality Inspection

All returned items undergo a quality inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.

If the returned item is found to be:

  • Used

  • Washed

  • Damaged by the customer

  • Missing original tags or packaging

the return or refund request may be declined, and the product may be sent back to the customer.


10. Policy Updates

NOOLIKA by AAN reserves the right to modify this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with the revised effective date.
