10. Partial Deliveries
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or logistics.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise communicated.

Once the courier marks an order as delivered to the address provided during checkout, the order will be considered successfully delivered.
If you believe your order was marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier partner.
