  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or order verification for eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During festive seasons, promotional sales, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship across India.

For international shipping enquiries, please contact our customer support before placing an order.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier availability and local conditions.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

From time to time, NOOLIKA by AAN may offer:

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders

  • Promotional shipping offers

  • Special festive delivery campaigns

These offers are subject to change without prior notice.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation

  • Shipping confirmation

  • Tracking number (where available)

You can use the tracking details provided by our courier partner to monitor your shipment.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Delivery Address

  • Landmark (if applicable)

  • Mobile Number

  • PIN Code

NOOLIKA by AAN is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


8. Delivery Delays

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Floods or natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public holidays

  • Transport disruptions

  • Courier operational issues

  • Remote-area accessibility

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears:

  • Damaged

  • Opened

  • Tampered with

please do not accept the delivery if possible.

If you have already received the package, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the package

  • Photographs of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate and assist you promptly.


10. Partial Deliveries

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or logistics.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise communicated.


11. Delivery Confirmation

Once the courier marks an order as delivered to the address provided during checkout, the order will be considered successfully delivered.

If you believe your order was marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier partner.


12. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products or locations may have shipping limitations due to courier service availability, legal restrictions, or operational constraints.

If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment has already been made.
